We will be displaying a face-to-face appointment guidance document on our website and this in turn will be issued before every appointment. Mayfair Town & Country will be ensuring that these safety measures are adhered to during the appointment, this includes everyone accompanying a viewing or carrying out a valuation from Mayfair Town & Country following them as well.

If you want to enter your local branch an appointment will need to be made as all branches will be locked and you must continue to follow social distancing guidelines and health and safety measures. All members of the public entering any of our offices MUST wear a face covering and any staff member MUST wear a face coving as well.

In relation to valuations, we can undertake these in person, subject to the same measures so again contact your local branch to discuss further.
