Duties
- Arrange and attend property viewing appointments
- Prepare marketing material for the internet, windows and tenants
- Liaise with Landlords / Tenants to build and maintain relationships
- Carry out check-in’s and check-out’s of tenants from properties and deal with all necessary correspondence
- Deposit returns
- Property file and key management
- Inventory updates

- ARLA qualified desirable, but not essential
- Full, clean driving licence
Hours
- 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch plus every other Saturday 9am to 4pm, with a day in lieu off during the week.
